Refund and Returns Policy

We make HAE Herbal Cream by hand, and we want you to be happy with it. If you’re not, we’ll make it right.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund — even if the product has been opened and used. We’d rather you try it and tell us it wasn’t for you than feel stuck with something that didn’t work for you.

How to start a return

Email us at Esme@haeherbalcream.com with your order number and a short note letting us know you’d like to return your order. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping

For satisfaction returns (change of mind, didn’t work for you), you cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend a tracked service, since we can only refund items we actually receive.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, that’s on us — we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund (including your original shipping), whichever you prefer. Just email us a photo and your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
