HAE Herbal Cream respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
We do not see or store your full credit card number. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor; your card details go directly to them.
Like most websites, ours uses cookies — small files in your browser — to keep your shopping cart working through checkout and to understand basic, anonymous traffic patterns.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and updates, respond to your questions, and — only if you’ve subscribed — send occasional newsletters. We don’t use your information for anything you wouldn’t expect from a small skincare shop.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s necessary to run the shop: Stripe (to process payments), shipping carriers (to deliver your order), MailerLite (to send our newsletter, if you subscribed), and our hosting and store software (Hostinger and WooCommerce) which store your order securely. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You may also ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or request that we delete it — just email Esme@haeherbalcream.com and we’ll take care of it.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
